General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your problem is herniated intervertebral discs of lumbosacral spine. Need to see the picture of MRI to know whether there is any neural foraminal compression. That is not commented in this report. Mostly left side is effected in this case. If there is any acute spasm then Lumbosacral belt can be used. Muscle relaxants, analgesics and physiotherapy will be helpful. If no improvement then you can go for minimal invasive surgeries like Microdiscectomy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
